Common questions

Why does a lookup return "Song not found"?expand_more

The track may not be listed in the catalogs you have enabled. Enable more services in Settings › Download › Provider Priority, or install another extension such as Amazon Music from the Store.

Why are some tags missing?expand_more

Each catalog stores different fields, so a track found on one service can carry fewer tags than on another. Turning on more services gives the app more places to look.

Can I look up a whole playlist?expand_more

Yes. Paste the playlist link in the search bar. The app fetches every track and adds them to the queue.

Why does the app need storage permission?expand_more

It writes tags, cover art and lyrics into the files on your device. On Android 13 and later you may need to allow "All files access" in Settings › Apps › Mornye › Permissions.

Is this app safe?expand_more

The app is fully open source, so you can read the code on GitHub. Every release is scanned with VirusTotal.

The app doesn't work in my countryexpand_more

Some countries restrict access to certain streaming service APIs. Try a VPN that connects through a different region.
